Background:
Pittsfield Plastics headquarters in the “Plastics Capital of North America”
– Pittsfield, Massachusetts - an area with a high concentration of technology,
resources and employee training. The company was started 30 years ago
as an injection mold making business by David and Dorothy Chiorgno.
It has grown with the state of the industry. Today the ownership is
a strategic alliance established by Duncan Cooper and Tom Walker, new
principals of the company with Dave Chiorgno. They plan to build on
the successful foundation established by the Chiorgnos as the basis
for future growth. The Company has a world-class oriented business and
coupled with its proprietary product line and unique size is positioned
as a key supplier to the wire, cable and textile industries.
